JSON, YAML, XML, SQL, regular expressions, JWTs, URLs, and uploaded files are processed in your browser. The tool functions do not send those contents to DevToolPilot. Closing the tab drops them. They are not written to local storage.

Analytics is optional. It loads only when a GA4 measurement ID is set in the deployment environment, and the events are limited to the tool name and a short action code such as format or invalid-json. Raw input, tokens, file names that fail the identifier check, and file bytes are discarded before an event is sent.

Search on the site filters the list of tools. A query in the address bar, such as /tools?q=json, is a tool name rather than a document. Do not put secrets in that query.

The live clock on the timestamp page and the cron preview read the time and timezone from your browser so the labels are accurate. Those values are not attached to analytics events.
